- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Inside a mixer or blender, process the graham crackers to fine crumbs transfer to some bowl and stir within the sugar until well combined. Provide a boil and prepare one minute. Stir in corn starch that's been dissolved by 50 percent tablespoons water go back to a boil and prepare until thickened, one minute. Transfer to some bowl and chill 2 hrs. Spread cherry mixture over surface of cheesecake before slicing.
Tips Techniques. Decadent, wealthy, creamy cheesecake is better still with luscious cherry topping. The wedding cake should be made a minimum of three hrs ahead, but can be created as much as 5 days in advance—which causes it to be ideal do-ahead fare for the holiday fete.
