Wacky cake recipe 3 cups flour zucchini

1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon cacao
1/3 cup melted shortening or oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup cold water

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Sift dry ingredients right into a 9 x 9 inch pan. Mix well. Make 3 holes, one for vinegar, oil and vanilla. Pour water total. Mix well with fork. Don't beat.

Bake at 350°F for half an hour. Leave in pan and frost while still warm.

Crazy CAKE TOPPING:
