Ingredients:
° cup of Vegetable Oil
1 1/4 cup of Granulated Sugar
1 cup of Vanilla Yogurt
° cup of Orange Marmalade
Zest of 1 Small Orange
2 teaspoon of Vanilla Flavoring
2 teaspoon of Baking Powder
° teaspoon of Sodium bicarbonate
° teaspoon of Salt
3 eggs
2 1/2 glasses of All-purpose Flour
For that sugar mixture for that center:
1/4 cup of Brown Sugar
1/4 cup of Granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons of of Raw Sugar
° teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons of of Cold Unsalted butter, reduce small pieces
For that glaze:
° cup or Orange Marmalade
° cup of Fresh Orange Juice
° cup of Confectioner Sugar (powdered sugar)
1) Preheat your oven to 350 levels, Spray a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray and hang aside.
2) Inside a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, sodium bicarbonate and salt and hang aside.
3) Inside a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, eggs, oil, orange marmalade, orange zest and sugar.
4) Add some wet mixture in to the dry ingredients and blend to mix well but don°t over mix.
5) Pour 1 / 2 of the batter batter to your prepared pan and hang aside just for a couple of minutes.
6) In a tiny bowl, mix together all of the ingredients for that topping and combine it with your fingers until its all a pleasant crumbly texture, spread it evenly within the cake. pour the rest of the batter over the top sugar topping and make certain the very best is great and leveled. Bake for around 45 to minutes or until a toothpick placed within the center arrives clean. Let awesome completely before inverting onto a platter.
7) For that glaze, add some orange marmalade inside a microwave safe bowl and pop it within the microwave for 25 seconds or until its nice runny.
