What You Will Need

- 1/2 teaspoon. ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 3 Tablespoons of. honey
- 2 Tablespoons of. margarine or butter, melted
- 1 egg white-colored, slightly beaten
- Fruit Topping:
- 2 cups fruit for example sliced bananas, sliced peaches, raspberries or particularly
- 1-2 Tablespoons of. granulated sugar
- 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed

What You'll Do
Preheat oven to 350° F.
For cake, spray 8 round cake pan with nonfat cooking spray.
Combine pancake mix and cinnamon in medium bowl.
In normal size bowl, combine milk, honey, margarine and egg white-colored with wire whisk increase dry ingredients. Mix just until large protuberances disappear.
Spread evenly into prepared pan. Bake 18-twenty minutes or until toothpick placed in center arrives clean.
For fruit topping, combine fruit and sugar in medium bowl, mix gently.
For everyone, cut cake into 8 wedges. Top each bit with 1/4 cup fruit mixture and 1/4 cup whipped topping.
