Ingredients:
2 glasses of All-purpose Flour
2 Tablespoons of Granulated Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
4 Eggs
4 Tablespoons of Melted Butter
2 cups Dairy
1 1/2 cups Nutella
1 cup of Heavy Whipped Cream, whipped to stiff peaks
To help make the crepes:
1) Put the flour, sugar, milk, salt, eggs and melted butter inside a blender and blend until smooth with no protuberances appear.
2) Preheat a 9 inch nonstick skillet on medium heat and spray using the nonstick cooking spray. Utilizing a 1/4 cup calculating cup, scoop the batter in to the pan tilting the pan inside a circular motion coating the top evenly.
3) Prepare the crepes for around thirty seconds on every side, remove to some plate and continue exactly the same process with all of those other batter until all of your crepes are cooked.
4) To put together, place one crepe in your serving dish (I love utilizing a cake pedestal here) smear a little bit of Nutella throughout the top of crepe and follow by using a spoonful of whipped cream (don°t put an excessive amount of) continue doing this process until you°re finished.
5) Put the cake within the refrigerator for around fifteen minutes.
6) On the top from the last crepe, pipe some whipped cream in little rosettes and top with fresh raspberries and fresh mint.
7) Serve Immediately!
