  • 3-1/4 to three-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • GLAZE:
  • 1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • two to three tablespoons water
  • Eco-friendly, crimson and yellow sugars

Directions
