The elements was cold and drizzly a week ago also it was ideal for baking a cake.However I ran from eggs as well as condensed milk to bake an eggless cake.The only real factor I acquired would be a tin of milkpowder that we had bought to create angel burfi.And So I googled and located the recipe for eggless milkpowder cake from Divya's blog .She'd designed a marble cake.However I managed to get simply and slightly adapted the recipe.It had been moist,fluffy and scrumptious.
All-purpose flour - 1 1/2 cup
Milk powder - 4 Tablespoons of
Baking powder -2 teaspoon
Sodium Bicarbonate -1/2 teaspoon
Melted Butter-1/2 cup
Vanilla flavoring - 1tsp
Preheat the oven to 330deg F.
Grease a round cake pan and mud with a few flour.Sift together flour,baking powder,sodium bicarbonate,milkpowder.
Inside a bowl cream the butter and sugar and add some vanilla flavoring.Add some dry ingredients.Adding milk progressively and blend a bit.
Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick placed in to the middle arrives clean.
