  • 1 pk (8oz) Cream Cheese
  • 2 C Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla exctract
  • 2 teaspoon Milk or heavy cream
  • Macadamia nuts (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a small muffin pan with cookie spray or Crisco.
  2. Once oven is preheated, toast coconut on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper or perhaps a baking pad. Toast until coconut begins to turn light brown.
