  • one and a half cup (3 sticks) butter, softened
  • 2 cups packed light brown sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • half teaspoon baking powder
  • a quarter teaspoon salt
  • half cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
How To Proceed:
  1. Preheat oven to 325 levels F. Coat a ten-inch Bundt or tube pan with cooking spray put aside.
  2. Inside a large bowl, by having an electric beater on medium speed, beat butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Reduce speed to low and add flour, baking powder, and salt. Progressively beat in milk and vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans mix well spoon batter into prepared pan.
  3. Bake 55 to an hour, or until a toothpick placed in center arrives clean. Let awesome fifteen minutes then invert onto a wire rack to awesome completely. Serve, or cover until prepared to serve.
