Yields about 5 cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cream cheese frosting (store-bought is okay)
  • 5 cups corn or grain Chex cereal
  • 1 cup dry red velvet cake mix
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate morsels
  • 1/4 cup holiday colored sprinkles

Directions:

  1. Add cream cheese frosting to some normal size bowl and microwave for around 45 seconds until it's melted.
  2. Inside a large bowl add Chex cereal and pour melted frosting within the cereal. Gently toss to coat.
  3. Inside a large zip-closed bag, add dry red velvet cake mix and powdered sugar. Close top and shake to mix.
  4. Add coated cereal towards the bag, close and shake until totally coated.
  5. Pour right into a serving bowl and stir in chocolate morsels and sprinkles.
