Ingredients

1 cup Wesson or Mazola oil
2 cups white-colored sugar
2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
3 eggs
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon lemon extract
2 small jars plum or prune baby food
1 cup finely chopped nuts

Directions:

Combine Wesson oil and sugar. Then add flour, eggs, ground cloves, ground cinnamon, lemon extract and plum or prune baby food. Following this is mixed well, add nuts. Grease Bundt pan. Pour in mixture. Bake at 325° for 55 minutes. (Begin in cold oven.)
