Method
  • Heat 2 teaspoon oil inside a pan, roast cashew nuts and raisins till golden brown and transfer it to some bowl and aside.
  • Towards the same pan, add 2 teaspoon oil and roast rava till light golden brown and flavor comes (2-3 minutes in medium heat)
  • After roasting, transfer it to some bowl/plate and aside.
  • How to the pan add water, kesari powder, pinch of salt (optional) and produce it to boil.
  • Once it starts boiling, turn heat to medium and gradually add rava and concurrently keep stirring.
  • Stir well and permit rava to prepare for any minute after which add sugar and prepare up until the sugar melts and mixed well.
  • Now add some remaining ghee and stir for an additional 1-2 minutes or before the kesari starts departing the edges from the pan.
  • Lastly add cardamom powder and roasted cashew nuts, raisins mix well.
