  • 1 egg white-colored, slightly beaten
  • Fruit Topping:
  • 2 cups fruit for example sliced bananas, sliced peaches, raspberries or particularly
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of. granulated sugar
  • 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed

What You'll Do

Preheat oven to 350° F.

For cake, spray 8 round cake pan with nonfat cooking spray.

Combine pancake mix and cinnamon in medium bowl.

In normal size bowl, combine milk, honey, margarine and egg white-colored with wire whisk increase dry ingredients. Mix just until large protuberances disappear.
