I reprocessed this as Key Lime Pudding Pound Cake using the following ingredients, and utilizing the same instructions for mixing and baking: 1 package yellow cake mix 1 small package vanilla pudding mix (the kind that you simply prepare) 4 eggs 3/4 cup key lime juice 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter Glaze 1 cup powdered sugar 1/8 cup key lime juice grated lime rind (1 lime, approximately. 1 Tablespoons of) I will be using this to a different Years Day lunch tomorrow, so each morning when it is cooled I am likely to dust it after some powdered sugar along with a sprinkling of edible white-colored snowflakes.
