This has to be much better than Subway bread. Sometimes at Subway. Italian plant and cheese bread begins as white-colored (italian) bread (all kinds of Subway bread comes frozen as white-colored or wheat) and it is then folded in a mixture of herbs and salt once thawed, proofed to 75% how big the ultimate loaf, then sprinkled with Monterey cheddar cheese then baked. The only real special part about Subway bread is what it's folded in or sprinkled with. Otherwise inside it's plain white-colored or wheat!
That guy that stated he works at subway is wrong. I'm a supervisor at subway. An Italian Man , herbs and cheese seasoning is a straightforward mixture of Mozzarella dairy product and oregano. What we should do is spray our Italian dough stick to water. roll it within the seasoning. proof it to have an hour at 95 levels. later on bake it with Monterey shredded cheddar on the top for 12 minutes at 350. Don't understand how it works out using different dough though.
Not necessarily like Subway bread. The feel is really like Ciabatta Bread. But is a great bread. The 2nd time which i made, i added about 50 % teaspoon of salt also it sampled better
