First, Happy Thanksgiving. My birthday is today, too, and so i think I've always were built with a special devote me with this holiday because of this. I really like playing flag football (which my father required seriously becoming an adult), being encircled by my loved ones, and overeating constantly and never feeling one bit guilty about this. I additionally love Thanksgiving since it begins christmas&... that is usually full of parties. This cheeseball is my &"What? We’re designed to bring an appetizer?!&" go-to recipe. It's easy, tasty and on top of that&... could be whipped together within a few minutes. I keep a can of smoked pork within the kitchen during party season for individuals crazy days after i need something fast.
Pork Cheese Ball

2 eight oz packages of cream cheese, softened
1 five oz can of smoked pork
1 1/2 cups medium or sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Chopped pecans
Inside a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, smoked pork, cheddar cheese, and fresh lemon juice. (I personally use an electrical mixer or my Bosch). Form into one large ball or two smaller sized balls. Roll in chopped pecans to coat surface. Refrigerate not less than 2 hrs or overnight.
