3 Tablespoons extra-virgin essential olive oil

5 cups white-colored bread flour (King Arthur's is excellent)
2 teaspoons salt

Using soup size spoon, mix yeast with 4 tablespoons water(it'll end up with thick and sort of clumpy, try not to worry..it will likely be fine whenever you add all of those other water-later on helps the yeast mix nicely using the water), then stir within the remaining water, then stir within the essential olive oil. Inside a separate bowl, mix the flour and salt together making a well within the center. Pour the yeast mixture in to the well in the heart of the flour and blend to some soft dough(I personally use my hands). Place the dough onto a gently floured surface and knead for 8-ten minutes, until smooth and elastic(or no flour left in bowl, don't be concerned about this. don't add water into it, it'll make the dough tough in spots I understand from experience). Devote a gently oiled bowl(use essential olive oil), cover having a gently oiled plastic wrap. Let dough rise till double in dimensions(takes about 1/2 hour). I personally use the round pizza pans available at T.J.Maxx (along with other places) which have the holes towards the bottom for any better crust. if you would like so that it is thicker, prepare the pizza in 325 degree oven(it'll rise a great deal inside a slower oven). If you want it thin/crispy like myself, prepare it in 400 degree oven. I personally use Mid's pizza sauce, Sargento or Kraft provolone/mozzarella chesse blend, Bridgeford pepperoni(best I have found) and chopped: sweet red pepper, sweet onion, mushrooms. This garlic clove sauce is one of the nearest that I've discovered. Close enough towards the original otherwise exact. It doesn't require the extra salt as I've discovered in other recipes.
