Chad is really a meat and taters kinda guy, I am certain it had something related to him becoming an adult in Iowa. I believe he could survive Them, well give a side of corn and i believe he's ready. haha. Pointless to state I'm always searching for methods to perk up the conventional meat and taters for him. Honestly we eat more Mexican food than other things, then when he is doing get his meat and taters, I would like these to be special.

After I am searching to create something spectacular there's nothing that can compare with taking out the surefire skillet and whipping up some roasted taters for supper. I was getting the best ever pot roast for supper another night, which incidentally is really good I figured Chad would drink the gravy having a straw. Anyway, surefire skillet roasted taters were the right side dish this dinner needed.

I'd fresh herbs on hands from making the roast and understood they'd be perfect using the garlic clove and Mozzarella dairy product. Butter, essential olive oil, garlic clove along with a little (or perhaps a lot) herbaceous love qualifies this side dish for any place within the permanent file. As well as an entire cup of fresh Mozzarella dairy product.

Do not buy the pre-shredded cheese with this dish, it will not melt correctly. You are able to adapt the recipe to match whatever fresh herbs you've on hands, however i love the mixture of rosemary oil, thyme and parsley. Fresh herbs really take this dish to another level.

These taters were amazing. They're perfectly tender and full of flavor. Chad and that i both devoured them and that i might have were built with a bowl or 3 for dessert too. I understand you will love them.

With love from your simple kitchen to yours.

I'm confused by one direction within the surefire skillet recipe. After mixing the butter/oil/spices, you tell brush mixture on skillet, then within the next sentence you say brush taters with mixture. Then when you sweep the skillet using the mixture, would you just use 1 / 2 of the mix and yet another half for that taters? I think you'll answer this soon, as Im considering making all of them my prime rib for Christmas dinner. Thanks.

Hi Denise, you're correct. Half around the skillet half around the taters. I updated the recipe too. Thanks and tell us the way it goes. Possess a Merry Christmas.
