This can be a wonderful classic. It's the same recipe I have employed for years. It is a huge family favorite. We managed to get tonight to choose pork. On 7/8/09 I had been searching for any scalloped potato recipe which had the equivalent baking time as Barbecue Meatloaf (Baked) or pretty near to it. And I stumbled upon that one and made the decision to test it.The recipe was adopted because it was written, I even added a little more cheese to the peak before baking. ( I am a cheese addict :) ) After baking, I allow it to " rest " for any bit therefore it would not be way too hard to plate up.
