Ambrosia Cheese Ball

1/3 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
3 maraschino cherries for garnish

Completely mix cream cheese, butter cheese, pineapple, sugars, vanilla, coconut, and dried cherries. Shape into 3 balls. Roll each in pecans (if preferred) and put a maraschino cherry in the heart of each. (With respect to the brand, you may want to warm the butter cheese to really make it mixable.)
