Chilli cheese recipe sanjeev kapoor

CHILLI CHEESE ROTI

4 rotis
medium eco-friendly capsicum, chopped
cup grated processed cheese + for garnishing
1 cups gram flour (besan)
medium cabbage, chopped

1 eco-friendly chilli, crushed
teaspoon turmeric powder
teaspoon garam masala powder
teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Oil for drizzling

1. Take gram flour inside a bowl. Add capsicum, cabbage, eco-friendly chillies and a few water to create a semi-thick mixture.
2. Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, chilli powder, salt and cheese and blend well.
3. Heat a non-stick pan. Convey a roti, spread some flour mixture on the top, drizzle oil around the sides and prepare on medium heat in the bottom till golden brown and crisp. Switch, drizzle some oil around the sides and prepare till golden brown.
4. Reduce wedges and serve hot garnished with a few cheese.
