We all like pound cake at our home. It is really an old recipe and I've come across many versions of the recipe each somewhat different in some manner. A great one, easy, works out every time. One trick I've learned would be to heat the oven to 300 and when you place the wedding cake within the oven show up the high temperature to 325. This will cause the wedding cake to increase evenly getting an ideal formed cake. Today Used to do need to prepare the wedding cake for 1:25 prior to being done. Angie’s Cream Cheese Pound Cake

1 1/2 cups butter
1 8 oz cream cheese
3 cups sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla paste
1/4 teaspoon salt

6 large eggs
3 cups cake flour

Preheat oven to 325
Butter and flour a ten inch bundt pan. The pan I personally use is sort of thin.
Inside a large bowl, cream together butter and cream cheese by having an electric mixer until well combined. Include sugar and then mix for six minutes, until light and fluffy. Add eggs, individually, beating after each addition, until well blended. Progressively add some flour, beating and scraping lower the edges until it's all incorporated. Add salt and vanilla paste.

Pour batter in to the prepared pan. Bang the pan lightly around the counter about 3 occasions to assist remove any air bubbles. Bake for around 1:15 hour and 15minutes.
