Spicy Potato Skins

1/2 Cup Sour Cream
8 Slices Boar’s Mind Bacon
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 cup Eco-friendly Onion, siced
3 Medium Baking Taters
1/2 lb Boar’s Mind Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapeo, Shredded

Prepare Bacon until crispy.
Scrub Taters completely and bake at 400° F to have an hour
Allow taters to awesome to the touch. Then cut lengthwise. Scoop the inside departing singleOr4 inch covering. (You should use the interior for an additional recipe or discard)
Sprinkle the potato with pepper and salt.
Add Bacon crumbles and eco-friendly onions and fill up with cheese.
Place potato skins one a baking sheet and put under broiler until cheese melts.
You are able to top with sour cream or chives.

Sweet Slice Pork Cheddar Crescent Rolls

8 Slices Fuji or Gala, apple. sliced in wedges
1 package Crescent rolls, refrigerated
8 tablespoons of Vermont Cheddar Cheese (Yellow White-colored). shredded

4 teaspoon Brown Sugar Spice Pork Glaze Cooking Sauce
8 Slices Sweet Slice® Boneless Smoked Pork

Preheat oven to 375°F
Roll dough out onto a clear, flat work surface and separate into eight triangles.
In the wide finish from the triangular, nicely layer one slice of pork, one tablespoon of cheese and something apple slice. Top having a 1/2 teaspoon of glaze.
Beginning in the wide finish from the triangular, roll-up each crescent roll tucking the edges under.

3 Pepper Colby Jack Cheese Dip

1 cup Mayonnaise
4 oz Cream cheese. softened
8 Scallions. chopped finely
8 slices Boar’s Mind Fully Cooked Bacon. prepared crispy to package directions
1 cup 3 Pepper Colby Jack™ Cheese. shredded
1 cup Chipotle Gouda Cheese. shredded

Pre-heat oven to 350° F.
Finely dice the cooked bacon.
In large bowl, mix together the Colby Jack, Gouda, mayonnaise, cream cheese and scallions (

cup).
Devote a stove safe baking dish and prepare for 15-twenty minutes, until warmed through and cheese is melted. Stir before serving and garnish with crispy chopped bacon.

Elegant Cocktail Franks

1 jar Black currant jelly
i lb Boar’s Mind Cocktail Beef Frankfurters
1 jar Delicatessen Style Mustard

In small saucepan combine equal servings of mustard and black currant jelly.
Heat gradually over low heat until jelly melts and sauce becomes smooth and well blended.
Place cocktail frankfurters in sauce to heat, roughly a few minutes.
For everyone, place mixture in fondue pot or small slow cooker and allow your visitors help themselves.
