Pastillas de Leche is really a Filipino sweet created using milk and sugar. Typically, Pastillas de Leche is created by cooking caribou milk with sugar. However, the recipe I adopted from Panlasang Pinoy would be a no-prepare method using powdered milk. Pastillas de Leche (no-prepare method)

Makes approximately. 80 pieces

  • 2 cups powdered milk, sifted
  • 1 can (14 oz.) condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar, sifted
  1. Pour the condensed milk right into a large mixing bowl.
