Recipe Instructions

Combine sugar, soy sauce, fresh lemon juice, oil, garlic clove and ginger root in a tiny saucepan. Combine water with arrowroot in a tiny bowl and stir until arrowroot is dissolved. Increase saucepan and switch heat to high. Stir frequently while getting mixture to some boil, then reduce heat and simmer for four to six minutes or until sauce is thick.

Preheat your grill on high for that chicken.
