I could manage the "watery" issue by continuing to keep the lid off at occasions, and making the noodles "very al-dente" (letting them further prepare within the liquid from the pan). I additionally gave the pork just a little soy maranade.

I give mtss is a solid 4 stars with forthcoming meals makings slight changes to improve flavor. I purchased precut cabbage, and thin sliced pork that we then reduce strips. Made the dish much simpler. Also bought shredded carrots. The only real factor I needed to chop / cut was the ginger root, onion and a few added baby bok choy.

Everybody loved it! To be sure which i might have cooked the noodles rather less. Had trouble finding grain wine, and so i substituted what sherry I possibly could find at the shop. Searching toward going to the Asian market and obtaining the actual stuff. Used crushed ginger root paste from the tube too.
