  • *Cook's Note: Ras al-hanut is a combination of a variety of spices utilized in Moroccan cooking. It's offered at spice markets or online.
  • Harissa Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup creme fraiche
  • 1 tablespoon harissa*
  • Salt
