1 tablespoon minced garlic clove
3 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions
1. Mince garlic clove and chili pepper
2. Neat and pick tulsi leaves using their stem.
3. Fry the garlic clove and chili pepper in oil over high temperature.
