Method
- Peel the garlic clove and deseed the chillies, then roughly chop and put inside a pestle and mortar. Party to some rough paste with a decent pinch of ocean salt, then transfer to some large bowl.
- Peel, finely grate and add some ginger root combined with the fresh lemon juice, yogurt, teaspoon of pepper, the cinnamon, cumin, coriander and paprika. Mix well to mix.
- Add some chicken and stir to coat, then cover with clingfilm and put within the fridge to marinate for approximately 12 hrs.
- Once you’re prepared to prepare, take away the chicken in the fridge and permit to reach 70 degrees.
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/gas 6.
- Divide the chicken between 2 large bits of aluminum foil, drizzle with oil, then summary and put each parcel onto a sizable roasting tray and bake for half an hour.

- Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into small equal-sized florets and disseminate on the large roasting tray in one layer.
