I did not follow this recipe exactly, since the products I'd on hands were different - however i tried on the extender to create my very own concoction. We'd a lot of leftover barbecued breast meat (that was dry). I cut about 3 breast fillets up into bite sized pieces and hang them aside. Were built with a bag filled with frozen stir fry vegetables from Sam's Club which i fried up for around 8 minutes over medium heat, using essential olive oil first to gently coat the fry pan. Following the vegetables were near done (they was comprised of broccoli, water chestnuts, peppers, baby corn, shiitake mushrooms, snap peas), I added the chicken as well as in another bowl, I'd stirred Lawry's teriyaki marinade with some potato starch. I put it in and added 1/4 cup chicken broth, dash of soy sauce/honey/sugar/grain vinegar. I then offered it over sweet brown grain you will get at any Asian supermarket. The children loved it - but abhor the mushrooms.
