It was wonderful and simple. I place the onions Underneath the chicken with a few small carrots. I place the sauce ingredients (minus onions) inside a small processor and put it over. This makes some good chicken broth. I simply leave the bones and stuff within the slow cooker, add water and let prepare on low overnight. I Then strain and set in containers within the freezer.
