Masala Fried Broast
All of you must know about Pakistani form of Kentucky chicken typically referred to as &"Chicken Broast&". Now check out this spicy form of chicken broast standing to the name.

Prepare Time:half an hour
- 1 whole chicken with skin
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup self raising flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon chat Masala
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Oil for frying
- Cut chicken into 8 large pieces.
- Place chicken inside a large bowl.
- Add fresh lemon juice and blend well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Marinate for 25 minutes.
- In a tiny bowl, beat egg with milk.
- Combine flour and self raising flour inside a shallow dish.
- Dip each chicken piece in beaten egg then put in flour.
- Roll well in flour mixture two times.
- Heat oil inside a deep pan or skillet over medium heat.
- Deep fry chicken for 25 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- Remove in the oil and drain on kitchen paper.
- Sprinkle chat Masala regarding this .
- Masala Fried Broast is able to serve.
- Enjoy with Fried Potatoes and Tomato Chutney.
