Discuss simple to make and thus Low-Fat because you use no oil! I could be home although this cooked and so i place it on high. I cooked the meat and spices on high for just two hrs, stirring every 30 minutes. I didn't use any broth whatsoever. After 2 hrs I added the onions and red, eco-friendly and yellow peppers. Designed for Potluck Tag. The taste they were good, however, the chicken would be a little watery. I loved the benefit of letting the slow cooker perform the work. Can make these again with less liquid next time. Thank you for writing this WeekendCooker!
I chose to make this with 2 large b/s chicken breasts also it was the right amount for DH and that i (with lunch leftovers for DH). The chicken was tender, juicy and never too spicy. The onions and peppers on the top from the chicken was perfect they did not prepare within the juices and obtain all mushy. Offered with diced tomato plants, sour cream, salsa and shredded cheese.
