Campbells chicken and noodles recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • ½ c. milk
  • 1 c. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 c. cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 c. medium egg noodles
  • ¼ c. grated Mozzarella dairy product
  • ¼ teaspoon. ground pepper
  • ½ c. Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 400 levels F. Stir the soup, milk, vegetables, chicken, noodles, Mozzarella dairy product and pepper inside a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  2. Bake for twenty five minutes or before the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the chicken mixture. Top using the cheese. Let stand before the cheese is melted.
  3. Serving Suggestion: Serve having a steamed vegetable blend: broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, along with a Caesar salad. For dessert serve fresh bananas capped with whipped topping.
  4. Tip: Easy casseroles such as this one are a great way to change leftovers. Cooked chicken, poultry or pork will all operate in this recipe.
  5. For Golden Onion Chicken & Noodle Casserole, substitute 1/2 cup crushed French fried onions for that Cheddar cheese.
  6. For Hearty Chicken Casserolewith a Twist, substitute 2 cups cooked corkscrew-formed pasta for that egg noodles.
