Chicken with rice noodles recipe
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon grain vinegar
  • 1/ 2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, reduce thin julienne
  • 8 ounces grain noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 whole garlic clove clove, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon grain vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 8 ounces Green spinach or bok choy leaves, washed and chopped
  • Pepper and salt
Directions

Inside a bowl combine the tablespoon grain vinegar, minced fresh ginger root, 1/2 teaspoon salt and teaspoon sesame oil. Marinate the chicken within this mixture for half an hour. During this period soak grain noodles in tepid to warm water to pay for for ten minutes drain and hang in colander .

When you're prepared to eat combine broth, garlic clove clove. remaining tablespoon grain vinegar and sesame oil and produce to some boil. Add drenched grain noodles and prepare for five minutes. Remove garlic clove clove. Add some marinated chicken towards the broth and simmer for one to two minutes or until just cooked through. Add some green spinach and take away from heat when green spinach is wilted. Season to taste with pepper and salt. Ladle out soup.
