&"Rain Rain Disappear, Come back a later date. We've got some plans and you're flowing on the way &". Yes, that’s the song I've been singing since morning! It’s been three days also it’s raining non-stop, spoiling all of our weekend plans. I understand that i'm cribbing a tad too much and most likely will miss exactly the same rain during summer time. I suppose&... that’s being human

So, to cheer us up, we made the decision to create some chicken kebab with a lot of herbs and known as it Hara Bhara Chicken. ‘Hara’ in hindi means the colour Eco-friendly and ‘Bhara’ means whole-sum He usually would rather grill it and that's the type of cooking he enjoys :), however i wanted to really make it easy. So, we baked it after which broiled it. It had been cooked perfectly. every bite was juicy and savory. Also, I made an easy and straightforward dip with a few yogurt and mint.

Ingredients :

  • 1 lb chicken white meat
  • 2 cup baby green spinach
  • 1 cup fennel leaves
  • 1/2 cup tulsi leaves
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves (extra 1 cup for that dip)
  • 4 cloves garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp . chilly powder
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (extra 2 cups for that dip)
  • pepper and salt
  • oil

Directions :

Utilizing a mixer, grind the green spinach, fennel, tulsi, mint and garlic clove to some fine paste

Mix the yogurt and chilly powder with a few pepper and salt towards the plant paste

Inside a bowl, add some chicken and season it with a few salt.

Rub the mix around the chicken correctly and drizzle some oil.

Pay for it and allow it to marinate for couple of hrs.

Inside a baking sheet, put an aluminum foil and put the chickens after which, bake it for 25 mins at 400 F

Switch the chicken to another side and allow it to bake for an additional fifteen minutes.

Turn off the baking and switch around the broil.

Shift the baking pan to the peak rack and allow it to broil for five minutes on every side.

Allow the chicken rest for five minutes before you decide to serve it. Pay for it using the aluminum foil when you're resting the chicken.

Note: To determine if the chicken in cooked, work slightly and if you notice obvious juice flowing, the chicken is cooked.

Yogurt Dip : Utilizing a mixer, grind 1 cup mint to fine paste after which, combine it with 2 cups plain yogurt. Add 1/2 tbsp . cumin powder and 1/4 tbsp . sugar and blend them correctly
