10: mandi spices 2 tbsp .

11: pepper powder 1 teaspoon

Recipe: wash grain and aside.

1: marinate the chicken with Mandi spice, salt, food colour, fresh lemon juice mix well cover and within the fridge for just two hour.

2: after 2 hrs heat 4 tbsp . oil and fry the chicken pieces till golden on sides on high flame, keep aside.

3: now heat oil add onions, cloves, bay leaves, eco-friendly cardamom, cinnamon stick fry till light golden on high flame.

4: adding tomato plants, eco-friendly chilli mix and prepare till soft on high flame.

5: now add pepper, salt mix and put the fried chicken pieces, Mandi spice, water enough the chicken will get covered then wait for boil on high flame, now cover and prepare for 25 minutes on medium flame to help make the stock.

6: then take away the chicken pieces, wash the grain and increase the stock mix well, cover and prepare on high flame up until the stock dries.

7: heat the coal till in demand.

8: when the stock dries cover the lid and simmer for five to ten minutes and shut the flame.

9: then put the chicken pieces around the grain and add some hot coal on foil with 1 teaspoon of oil cover up until the smoke settles.
