Chicken -500 gm
1medium carrot - decline in cubes
1potato - decline in cubes
1/4Raw Pappya(reduce small wedges)(optional )
1 onion - chopped thinly
2 teaspoon ginger root paste
2 teaspoon garlic clove paste
1 medium tomato - chopped
2 bay leaves
5-6 pepper powder
2 eco-friendly chillies
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
2/3 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
2-3 tbsp . Yougurt

1 1/2 - 2 cups water
salt to taste
4-5 vegetable oil

Marinate the chicken with yogurt, garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder,ginger root garlic clove paste and salt and hang it aside. Marinate it not less than a few hrs.

Inside a oven. add some oil. add chopped onions. Saute for just two-3 minute until light brown. Add eco-friendly chillies.

Now include the vegetables, tomato. mix them well. Cover and allow it to prepare for 4-a few minutes up until the vegetables release water. Now include the chicken add coriander, turmeric,pepper and garam masala powder. prepare for an additional 4-5 minute.
