Wow, it was a large hit! It certainly competes well using the real Alice Springs Chicken - Congrats Bay Laurel. The only real factor I'll be doing differently the next time would be to slightly pre-fry the bacon just before placing it on the top from the chicken. We were not keen on the limpness from the bacon. I attempted broiling it for the finish for a few minutes, wishing it would crisp in the bacon just a little, however the bacon remaind exactly the same and also the cheese crisped rather. Otherwise it had been very tasty! Mmm Mmmm. I offered it with Smashed Taters With Goat Cheese Chives and Broccoli Salad. Designed for PAC Spring 2009 :)

This is an excellent recipe and never too complicated to create. We left the mushrooms off. just cuz our youngsters can't stand mushrooms. also it was still being super tasty!

I'd this at Outback yesterday and merely understood I'd look for a similar recipe here and that i did with this particular recipe. Just absolutely wonderful and filled with flavor. I really loved this better since i used cheese which i love like Provolone and cheddar rather from the Monterey Jack. I additionally used Red Robin Honey Mustard Poppy Seed Dressing for that Honey Mustard which is way better than Outback. Thanks a lot for discussing. Is going to be causeing this to be one again.
