  • → oil 3 Tablespoons.
  • → cashews 10 Figures.
  • → coriander leaves 1 Bunch.
  • → eco-friendly chilli 4 Figures.
  • → curd 1 Cup.
  • → garlic clove ginger root paste two tablespoons.
  • → chicken 750 Grams.

Directions

grind coriander leaves,eco-friendly chillies and cashews in a fine paste.add garlic clove ginger root paste,curd,salt and turmeric powder marinate the chicken during these for 1-2 hrs. put oil within the kadai add chicken stir it for 4-5 mins,then let it prepare.among stir.otherwise the cashew wil burn extremely fast.
