Andhra chicken curry recipe vahrehvah chicken

Ingredients

  • → poppy seeds 3 Tablespoons.
  • → onion 1/2 Cup.
  • → ginger root garlic clove paste 2 Teaspoons.
  • → curry leaves .
  • → cumin powder 1 Teaspoons.
  • → coriander powder 2 Teaspoons.
  • → chilli powder 1 Teaspoons.
  • → coconut powder 1/2 Cup.
  • → garam masala(whole) .
  • → chicken 1 Figures.
  • → pepper corns .
  • → oil To Fry.
  • → salt To Taste.

Directions

1. Take whole chicken donot take away the skin.Because the taste is enhanced using the skin on. 2.Take little water,turmeric mixture .Put it on the whole raw chicken. 3. Roast it around the stovetop till it will get evenly coloured from outdoors. 4.Cut roasted chicken in pieces to include later within the curry. 5. For that curry ,have a pan add poppy seeds,let it splutter.Add coconut powder into it prepare well on low heat.Once done, blend the mix which is later put in the curry. 6. In another pan ,put oil,whole garam masala,onions ,ginger root garlic clove paste,turmeric powder saute well. 7.Add some poppyseed. coconut powder blended mixture towards the onion masala.Add coriander powder,chilli powder, curry leaves towards the curry mixwell. 8.Add chicken pieces within the mixture mix lightly.Add little water when the mixture gets dry.Place the lid allow chicken to prepare. 9.Grind fresh pepper corns.Increase the curry when it's 3/fourth cooked.Continue cooking. 10.Garnish the curry with fresh coriander leaves add salt if needed. 11.Turn off the gas allow the curry accept 5 mins so chicken absorbs the wealthy flavours in the curry. 12.Its prepared to be offered with grain/roti/naan.
