Palathalikalu recipe by vah chef tandoori chicken

A well known Indian dish composed of chicken marinated in a combination of yogurt and spices typically cooked in high temperatures inside a tandoor (clay oven) and is also prepared on the traditional grill .

Ingredients

  • → Ginger root garlic clove paste 1 Piece.
  • → garam masala pdr 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Cumin Seed Powder 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Red Chili Powder 1 Teaspoons.
  • → red colorization 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Salt 1 Teaspoons.
  • → turmeric 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Yogurt 6 Tablespoons.
  • → chat masala 1 To Taste.
  • → Coriander Powder 1 Teaspoons.
  • → chicken legs 6 Figures.
  • → kastoori methi (dry fenu greek leaves 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Fresh Lemon Juice 1 Tablespoons.
  • → oil two tablespoons.
  • → Peppercorns pdr 1 Teaspoons.

Directions

  • Neat and Cut two or three lengthy slits on every piece. Apply salt, chilli pwdr and lime juice all around the chicken and aside for fifteen minutes.
  • Make marination with coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilies, kasoorimethi, turmeric, garam masala pwdr, red colorization to some smooth paste. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt towards the paste and blend well with yogurt.
  • Put it on all around the chicken ensuring to use well between all of the slits and inside.
  • Preheat your oven to 425 degree F. Prepare for 25 to 35 minutes up until the chicken is tender.
  • Remove from oven and serve hot, garnished with sliced onions and lime wedges and is also heated on griddle if serving later.
