  2. In another bowl add egg yok, sugar milk and blend well.add this mix to maida mixture mix well till you receive a flowing consistency if needed increase the milk and oil.Now take egg white-colored and beat till it might be puff add this mix to egg and maida mixture mix well.
  3. Have a tava heat it pour one spoon batter prepare both side.
