Balsamic chicken and vegetable recipe crock pot

I am discovering that my loved ones is requesting some slow cooker favorites from the past. This balsamic chicken is really a showing to become a all year round favorite for the whole family (which everyone knows is an additional benefit when everybody loves exactly the same dish). So for that previous mentioned reasons, I do not think I must tell y'all why I am fixing this for supper tomorrow.

A great light chicken recipe which goes with just about any vegetable side. I'm always looking for a method to use Balsamic vinegar apart from in bandages. this is ideal for that!

4-6 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts

2 14.5 oz can diced or crushed tomato plants

1 onion thinly sliced

4 garlic clove cloves

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

2 tblsp essential olive oil

1 teaspoon each: dried oregano, tulsi, and rosemary oil

ground pepper and salt to taste

Pour the essential olive oil below of the three to five quart slow cooker

Put the chicken breasts in slow cooker, pepper and salt each breast

Put sliced onion on the top of chicken

Then put out of all dried herbs and garlic clove cloves

Pour in vinegar and top with tomato plants

Prepare on high 3 hrs or low for four to six hrs. Serve over angel hair pasta and garnish with fresh parsley or tulsi.

*NOTE*Careful to not overcook chicken breasts. When they, or any lean cut of meat, are overcooked, they become very dry. All crock containers appear to prepare differently, so take this into account when timing your recipe.

UPDATE 9/8/10: I simply cooked this recipe within the slow cooker yesterday and used chicken white meat tenderloins, added large package of button mushrooms-sliced and added a little can of sliced black olives.I additionally only used it's possible to of crushed tomato plants rather of two. I only needed to prepare it on low for around 4 hrs. OMG! I cooked angel hair pasta and capped it using the Balsamic Chicken. you discuss GOOOOOD! The 2 year old wanted seconds.
