Chicken cooked in Indo-Chinese style
Chilli Chicken is really a dish made from chunks of boneless chicken combined with dry red chillies, finely chopped ginger root and garlic clove, onions along with other Indo Chinese spices to create a spicy Indian flare dish combined with the distinct traditional Chinese flavors.
Chilli Chicken Indo Chinese


Ingredients
1 pinch ajinamoto
1 number bell pepper
15 number caswnuts
1 number celery

500 grams Chicken
1 tablespoons of chilli garlic clove paste
4 number chillis
1 tablespoons of corn strach
1 number egg
1 tablespoons of oil
1 number onions sliced
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
according to taste salt
1 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
1 number spring onions
1/2 teaspoon sugar


Directions
• Inside a bowl add chicken cornflour,salt,ajinamoto,egg mix each one of these and add pepper powder mix again.
• Deep fry these chicken and a side.
• In another pan add little oil, red chillies dry, chopped ginger root and garlic clove slices mix well add caswnuts onions, bell pepper cubes, celery, spring onion, chilli powder, pepper, soya sauce, chilli garlic clove paste mix well add ajinamoto, sugar, salt mix well after which add chicken stock or water take it a boil after which add chicken mix well add some cornflour included water about 4Tps prepare for couple of mins and also the chilli chicken is prepared
