The HV Capacitor is really a block added by Immersive Engineering. It's accustomed to store Redstone Flux (RF), as much as 4,000,000.
Both sides from the block includes a certain configuration: no dots signifies no energy input or output, one blue us dot and something orange us dot indicating a port, and 2 orange dots indicating an output. Right-clicking the capacitor using the Engineer's Hammer can change this configuration (shift-right-clicking can change along side it opposite the gamer clicks).
The HV Capacitor doesn't have Graphical user interface. To obtain the current energy storage amount, WAILA or perhaps an Engineer's Voltmeter may be used.
