This recipe for slow oven chicken enchilada casserole is really a one pot meal (yay!). I've been attempting to get this to recipe for some time now. Today was your day! Except I needed to swap the red sauce for eco-friendly verde (it's things i had on hands). It had been soooo tasty. Finally, a chicken enchilada recipe that's quite simple AND tasty. Thanx! I additionally made the decision to help make the grain. Again, I needed to swap the white-colored grain for brown (it's things i had on hands) however it was very tasty too. The next time I'll check it out using the white-colored grain tho.
