Salt pepper chicken wings recipe oven

Preparation

Make sure pizza are thawed or burn yourself VERY BADLY whenever you insert them in the new oil. Water in herbal isn't good. Lay pizzaOrdrumettes on a plate. Sprinkle each side with pepper and salt. You should use coarse pepper and ocean salt if you want, however i only use my pepper and salt shakers from the table. Fill huge pot with oil so it's about 3 inches high. Heat oil. I turn stovetop coil burner to 7 to heat the oil. You wouldn't want it hot that it'll splatter and burn you! Test the oil having a small bit of bread. Once the bread sizzles, the oil is hot. Deep fry wings/drumettes in oil until they float and also the sizzling slows lower. I fry about 10 wings/drumettes at any given time in order to keep an eye on them. They have a tendency to stay together while frying, so use some metal tongs to drag them apart. Take wings from oil and put inside a foil lined pan or in writing towel to obtain the extra oil off. Enjoy!

Notes

I personally use drumettes as I am not a fan from the wings. I serve all of them grain. It's my job to make Honey Garlic clove Pizza for the similar meal and employ the additional sauce for that grain.
