I designed a batch of Sassy Chicken Wraps W/Cilantro Pesto with this and i'm so glad Used to do! I made use of some rotisserie chicken, making it very easy. It was terrific on the homemade bun. I'd it with/without walnuts also it was equally good. Thank you for posting, JackieMarie. Roxygirl

We offered these on garlic clove and asiago cheese focaccia rolls (however i did choose a second serving and ate it with no roll - scrumptious also!!) We have been in a large chicken salad kick recently, which designed a excellent lunch yesterday. I truly enjoyed the pesto/roasted red pepper combination. I needed to allow it to be full fat with regular mayo and Greek yogurt, because that is what I'd on hands. I could not find any focaccia bread that attracted me in the loaves of bread, and so i chosen a large fat loaf of Italian bread (squishy and crusty all simultaneously, I could not pass up). There have been walnuts indexed by the instructions but away from the component list, so individuals were overlooked. To tell the truth, I would've left them out anyhow, since i don't take care of nuts that much, especially not in savory foods. I would only have awarded this four . 5 stars since i found this to become a teensy bit bland for me personally, but half-stars aren't permitted and that i did not believe that it deserved only four stars for your (I believe it is because the rest of the chicken salad recipes I have attempted recently have experienced some spicy element that was missing here). Easy fix, though -- the next time I get this to, I'll just then add pepperoncini or blueberry peppers to my sandwich. I believe this is an attractive accessory for a bridal shower meal, or great having a pot of homemade minestrone soup. Thank you for posting!
