Ingredients

2 pounds skinless chicken thighs
2 Stalks scallion chopped (eco-friendly onions )
1 Large onion, diced
1/4 Bell pepper, diced
2 Teaspoons ground Jamaican pimento ( Jamaican all spice)
3 Tablespoon Jamaican curry powder
4 Sprigs fresh thyme
2 White-colored taters, diced
3 Cloves of garlic clove, chopped
1 Teaspoon scotch bonnet pepper sauce
1 Tablespoon pepper
1 Tablespoon season salt
11/2 Cups water
1 Gallon size Ziploc bag

Instructions

Wash chicken and put in Ziploc bag
Add the rest of the ingredients, except water
Rub bag together to distribute flavor on chicken
Marinate as lengthy as overnight or prepare immediately

It was spicy, hot and scrumptious! I've some family memebers who can't go ahead and take heat and so i tamed it the next time around with the addition of some cream and chopped tomato. Still tasty, but not really hot
